Cancellation & Refund Policy Last updated on 15-02-2025 11:00:31 NIDMi Digital Marketing believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.
Under this policy: • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after registering the course. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the classes are started and no refunds if the student has attended more than 2 classes..
• NIDM India does not accept cancellation requests for courses or digital products. However, a refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the digital products delivered are not working.
• In case of receipt of not working links please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 2 Days days of receipt of the course.
In case you feel that the course is not as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 2 Days days of receiving the fee receipt.
The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision. • In case of complaints regarding fee payment once receipt is generated gst payment will be deducted. In case of any Refunds approved by the NIDMi Management only if the student has not started the course, it’ll take 30-60 Days days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
There is no refund for students who has started the coursey NIDM-National Institute of Digital Marketing and accept NIDM-National Institute of Digital Marketing decision regarding the cancellation.
